Sun of Egypt   Gallery | Movie Synopsis: Years after losing his mother, Prophet Joseph (PBUH) sees in his night dreams that the Moon and stars are kneeling in front of him. His father, Prophet Jacob (PBUH), interprets that his son would achieve a high rank, but Joseph's jealous brothers throw him into a well. Rescued by some travelers, he is sold as a slave in Egypt. But then, Aziz of Egypt protects him as an adopted child. As a young man, Joseph who refuses Aziz's tempting wife -Zoleikha- is put in jail after a conspiracy. Released after interpreting Pharoh's dream, he saves the Egyptians from hunger and thirst in hard times. Achieved the promised high rank, he meets his cruel brothers who have come for the food and forgives them. Then he begins his journey to Kanan to meet his old father.
